Stryffeler helped lead Campbell to its first-ever Big South regular season title in 2022, with a 19-11 overall record, going 14-2 in conference play. The historic 2022 campaign followed a historic season in 2021 as well, putting Stryffeler on staff for the two most successful seasons in program history. Stryffeler, working primarily with the defense, guided the 2022 squad to a Big South best .159 opponent hitting percentage, the second straight year of leading the league in that category. That mark was good for 16th in the nation as well, the second year in a row finishing in the top 16 nationally. Stryfeller helped lead the 2021 team to its first-ever NCAA Tournament appearance after a record-setting 21-10 season and 14-2 conference slate, marking a program record for conference wins in a season. The Camels then faced No. 10 Nebraska in the first round in front of a crowd of 7,884, the largest ever for a Campbell match.
